Earlier on Monday, the NSE Nifty 50 closed the session 100 points or 0.38% lower at 25,942, while the BSE Sensex fell 346 points or 0.41% to close at 84,695.

Stocks to watch on December 30, 2025

InterGlobe Aviation

InterGlobe Aviation has introduced new pilot allowances and raised some existing ones, signalling the airline’s intent to boost morale after a series of mass flight cancellations earlier this month disrupted operations across India. The changes, effective January 1, were communicated in an email by Ashim Mittra, senior vice president for flight operations. Layover allowances for captains will rise to Rs 3,000 ($33.37) from Rs 2,000, while first officers will receive Rs 1,500 instead of Rs 1,000.

Jindal Steel

Jindal Steel plans to double the annual manufacturing capacity of structural steel at its Raigarh facility to 2.4 million tonnes. The company announced an expansion plan on Monday through a BSE release. At present, the Naveen Jindal Group company has a structural steel capacity of 1.2 MTPA at the facility.

Hindalco Industries

Hindalco Industries announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Novelis Inc., has entered into a subscription agreement with AV Minerals (Netherlands) N.V., the sole shareholder of Novelis and a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindalco. Under the agreement, AV Minerals has agreed to purchase 50,00,000 common shares of Novelis, with no par value, at a price of $150 per share, amounting to a total consideration of $750 million.

Bandhan Bank

Bandhan Bank said it has concluded the sale of identified unsecured non-performing asset (NPA) and written-off loan portfolios to Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs), following approval granted by its board of directors earlier. The bank had previously, on November 27, 2025, disclosed that the Board approved the sale of identified NPAs and written-off portfolios belonging to the Emerging Entrepreneurs Business (EEB), through a bidding process with ARCs or permitted transferees.

Jubilant FoodWorks

Jubilant Foodworks, which operates fast-food chains Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin’ Donuts, said it has executed a share purchase agreement to sell its entire 31.66% stake in Hashtag Loyalty Private Ltd, an associate company, for a total consideration of Rs 641.59 crore. The share purchase agreement was entered into on December 29, 2025, with Karan Chechani, one of the founders of Hashtag Loyalty. Upon completion of the transaction, Hashtag Loyalty Private Ltd will cease to be an associate of Jubilant FoodWorks.

Grasim Industries

Grasim Industries said its board has approved a composite scheme of arrangement involving Essel Mining & Industries Ltd and Aditya Birla Renewables Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary, along with certain group entities. Under the scheme, the renewable energy undertaking of Essel Mining & Industries will be transferred to Aditya Birla Renewables on a slump sale basis, as a going concern, without assigning individual values to assets and liabilities.

Rail Vikas Nigam

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) said it has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a project awarded by East Coast Railway. The project involves the setting up of a wagon periodical overhaul (POH) workshop with a capacity of 200 wagons at Kantabanji. East Coast Railway is the entity awarding the contract. The total project cost, excluding goods and services tax, is Rs 201.23 crore. The contract has been awarded to Rail Vikas Nigam as the sole bidder. The time period for completion of the project is 18 months.

Lupin

Lupin said it has entered into an exclusive licence, supply, and distribution agreement with Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals, headquartered in China, for bofanglutide, a novel fortnightly GLP-1 receptor agonist. The agreement is aimed at strengthening Lupin’s diabetes portfolio and expanding its presence in the obesity segment.

Aditya Birla Capital

Aditya Birla Capital (ABCL) said it has invested Rs 40 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aditya Birla Capital Digital Ltd (ABCDL), through a rights issue. In a regulatory filing, the company said the investment was made by subscribing to equity shares of ABCDL on a rights basis. The entire consideration was paid in cash.

Waaree Energies

Waaree Energies said its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Power Private Ltd, has commissioned a new solar inverter manufacturing facility at its Sarodhi–Valsad plant in Gujarat and commenced commercial operations. In an intimation filed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, the company said the facility comprises two solar inverter manufacturing lines, each with an annual capacity of 1.525 GW.
