Vikas Bahl’s latest directorial venture, Shaitaan, featuring Ajay Devgn, Jyotika, and R Madhavan in lead roles, has made an impressive debut at the box office, grossing over Rs 14.50 crore on its first day of release in theaters. ‘Shaitaan’ saw an overall occupancy of 25.70% in the Hindi belt.

Released nationwide on Friday, the supernatural thriller received positive responses from the audience, leading to a double-digit opening at the domestic box office, as reported by Sacnilk.com. According to the latest figures, the film accumulated approximately Rs 12.62 crore nett on its first day across all languages in India. On Friday, the film maintained a 19.92% overall Hindi occupancy.
