Haryana Nagar Nigam Election Results 2025 Highlights: The Haryana Municipal Election Results 2025 are being announced as the counting of votes continues. The Nagar Nigam Chunav was conducted on March 2, 2025, with a 41% voter turnout across all municipal bodies. However, Panipat held its mayoral elections separately on March 9. These elections were held to elect Mayors, Presidents, and ward members for Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils, and Municipal Committees across Haryana.

So far, results for nine mayoral seats have been declared. The BJP has secured victories in eight of them, while one seat has been won by an independent candidate. In Gurugram, Raj Rani won for the BJP, while Dr. Inderjit Yadav, an independent candidate, secured victory in Manesar. Faridabad elected Parveen Joshi (BJP), Hisar chose Praveen Popli (BJP), and Rohtak saw Ram Avtar Valmiki (BJP) emerging victorious. Similarly, Renu Bala (BJP) won in Karnal, Shailja Sachdeva (BJP) in Ambala, Rajiv Jain (BJP) in Sonipat, and Komal Saini (BJP) in Panipat.

With the BJP securing eight out of the nine declared mayoral positions, the party has made a strong mark in Haryana’s urban local body elections. Final results from other municipal corporations are still awaited.
