When enquired by the media on current winning and losing trends in the Delhi Assembly Election, Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi said that she hasn’t checked the results yet. According to the latest trends, Congress has failed miserably in these Assembly Elections.

All in all, BJP and AAP, both have won two seats each out of the 70 constituencies in Delhi, as per the data shared by Election Commission of India at results.eci.gov.in.

BJP‘s Manjinder Singh Sirsa has won from Rajouri Garden seat with 64132 votes. AAP’s Dhanwanti Chandela lost with a margin of 18190 votes. BJP has also won in Shalimar Bagh.

ECI has declared BJP‘s Rekha Gupta as the winner from Shalimar Bagh, whereas AAP’s Virender Singh Kadian and Kuldeep Kumar have won from Delhi Cantt and Kondli respectively.

AAP’s Arvind Kejriwal is trailing with 22057 votes from New Delhi constituency. BJP‘s Parvesh Saheb Singh is ahead with a margin of 3000 votes.

According to ECI’s latest trends at results.eci.gov.in, BJP is leading in 48 seats as of 12:47 pm. AAP on the other hand, is trailing with just 22 seats. Keep watching this space for latest ECI trends at eci.gov.in.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, commenting on the Delhi Assembly Elections said, that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, we are committed to ensuring that Delhi has a government that truly serves its people. She said that this is crucial for achieving ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047. The National Capital Region deserves a government dedicated to the people’s needs. She said that she firmly believes that the roadmap laid out by the PM for the country should prioritise Delhi and cater to the needs of its citizens in every aspect.

BJP‘s Tarvinder Singh Marwah shows to be in the lead from Jangpura with 34362 votes whereas Manish Sisodia is shown to be trailing with 34060 votes. Speaking to the media, Sisodia said that he lost by 600 votes but the party workers fought well. He congratulated BJP’s Marwah for his win in the constituency.”

Manish Sisodia has conceded defeat from Jangpura. Although as of now, ECI data shows that Sisodia is still trailing with a margin of 636 votes.

Contesting from the Kalkaji Assembly seat, Bidhuri said the lead reflects the people’s desire for development, which he believes has been missing under AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal‘s leadership over the past decade.
