Clarks Inn Group of Hotels, has announced the opening of Velvet Clarks Exotica, Zirakpur, adjoining the Chandigarh Tri-city of Chandigarh, Mohali and Punchkula. The 88-key property with meetings and banqueting facilities marks the opening of Clarks Inn’s second ‘Exotica’ branded property, taking the total tally to 28 hotels currently under operation in India.

Velvet Clarks Exotica, Zirakpur, is strategically located in close proximity of the Tri-city of Chandigarh, Punchkula and Mohali, near the Chandigarh Airport. A contemporary, new-built hotel, the property is designed to cater to the growing demand of quality accommodation in the Tri-city area especially by the businesses in Mohali and Chandigarh as well as for events like banquettes and wedding.

The hotel offers 88 tastefully furnished guest rooms with in-room entertainment, Wi-Fi connectivity, mini-bar, tea and coffee maker, electronic safe and 24 hour room service. The hotel offers four categories of rooms including superior room (71), premier room (11), executive suite (three) and velvet suite (three). One of the special feature of the hotel is room for specially-abled. Besides, care has been taken to make all the floors disabled friendly by providing easy access to wheel-chair through spacious lifts.
