Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has partnered with Tryg, a leading Scandinavian non-life insurance company, to simplify and standardise operations across its three major markets and drive technological transformation. Tryg operates in the Scandinavian countries of Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. 

The deal between the two companies is worth 550 million euros and spans a period of seven years. As part of the deal, TCS will employ its suite of AI and Cloud services across Tryg’s entire IT infrastructure to augment delivery capability, automate core processes, and better the customer experience. 

Need for adaptation

K Krithivasan, CEO, Tata Consultancy Services, said in a statement that today’s success depends on how quickly and resiliently enterprises can adapt. He added that the key to long-term value creation lies in building perpetually adaptive enterprises enabled by intelligent, future-ready IT systems.

Johan Kirstein Brammer, Group CEO, Tryg, said that the extended partnership with TCS is a key initiative supporting their  2027 target to simplify and scale Tryg’s business. He added that the company is simplifying its  IT landscape, enabling it to further invest in new technology and develop its business across Scandinavia.
