Integral Ad Science’s total revenue grew by 11% to $133.5 million, compared to $120.3 million in the prior year period, according to the company’s Q3 financial reports. From what is understood, this growth was driven by increases across multiple revenue streams, including optimisation revenue, which rose 7% to $61.1 million, measurement revenue, which increased 11% to $52.9 million, and publisher revenue, which surged by 26% to $19.5 million. 

“We increased revenue at a double-digit rate in the third quarter, driven by our industry-leading products and the contribution from new customers, with strong adjusted EBITDA performance. We are excited about several new logo wins and the C-level executives we have added to our team. Our focus remains on driving product innovation and leveraging AI to deliver superior value for our customers. We were delighted to announce our first-to-market optimisation solution for Meta in October,” Lisa Utzschneider, CEO, IAS.

The company also reported a significant recovery in profitability, posting a net income of $16.1 million, or $0.10 per share, compared to a net loss of $13.7 million, or $0.09 per share, in Q3 2023. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $50.6 million, marking a 25% increase from the prior-year period, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 38%. Gross profit also showed solid growth, rising 12% to $106.2 million, with a gross profit margin of 80%.

For the fourth quarter of 2024, the company has guided with total revenue expected to be between $148 million and $150 million and adjusted EBITDA anticipated to range from $55 million to $57 million. Looking ahead to the full year 2024, the company expects total revenue to be between $525 million and $527 million, with adjusted EBITDA between $185 million and $187 million.
