Travel platform Goibibo has launched a new AI-powered video campaign in partnership with TrueFan AI, targeting users who start but don’t complete their bookings.

The campaign features personalised video messages from cricketer Rishabh Pant, generated using artificial intelligence. These videos address users by name and mention the specific destination or mode of transport they searched for.
