Banijay Asia, a part of Banijay Entertainment, has announced a deal with Sony Pictures Television, acquiring format rights to produce Indian remakes of five of its popular international scripted series.

The series that will be remade includes Drop Dead Diva, La Prepago, Men At Work, Mob Doctor and Rosario Tijeras.
