The Ssangyong Rexton is a premium SUV that is offered in four colour options Volcano Black, Satin White, Moondust Silver and Opulent Purple. It is powered by a 2,696 cc diesel engine that is available only with an automatic transmission. There is an optional all wheel drive version also available with this powertrain in order to tackle rough terrain. The all wheel drive version is available in a higher state of tune and generates more power as well as torque. The seven seater SUV, Ssangyong Rexton can accomodate passengers and luggage with ease and if needed the second as well as the third row can be folded down for more cargo space. The headlamp unit is a dual beam projector setup with LED Daytime Running Lamps and the tail lamp cluster is LED as well.

The higher state produces 183 hp of power at 4,000 rpm and 402 Nm of torque between 1,600 rpm and 3,000 rpm. The higher state of tune engine is offered with an all wheel drive system.
