Stage 11 of the 2024 Dakar Rally saw the leaderboard change, throwing Loeb off the contention for his first Dakar win with multiple punctures and mechanical issues, losing over an hour. However, in the motorcycle category, the fight is still on between Honda and Hero, with Ross Branch taking the stage win.
The 420km special of stage 11 was cut down owing to safety reasons, as the competitors had to tackle rocks, stones, and a tough Dakar day. The cars category saw multiple punctures, especially Audi and Loeb. For Sainz, teammates Peterhansel and Ekstrom were there to rescue El Matador, however, for Loeb, he had to wait for another Chinese team driving a Prodrive to rescue him.

The stage saw Branch take the win in the motorcycle category, followed by Honda riders Ricky Brabec and Adrien Van Beveren. Harith Noah put on an impressive performance yet again, finishing the stage in second in the Rally 2 category. Overall, Brabec still leads with a little over 10 minutes from Branch, followed by Van Beveren. In the Rally 2 class, Harith Noah leads.
In the cars category, the stage win was taken by Guerlain Chicherit, followed by Guillaume De Mevius in second and Sainz in third. Loeb finished stage 11 in the 63rd position. This has changed the overall leaderboard as Sainz still leads, followed by Mevius in second and Loeb in third.
