Tata Tiago takes an edge here as it is the only car in this comparison to have a diesel engine option. While the 1.2-litre petrol mill is good for developing 84 bhp, the 1.0-litre diesel engine sheds out 70 bhp. On the other hand, the Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 is powered by a 1.0-litre petrol engine that generates a maximum power output of 67 bhp.
