JSW MG Motor has revealed the entire price list of the Windsor EV that does not come under the BaaS (Battery as a Service) plan. It is available in three variants — Excite, Exclusive and Essence. If one wants to opt for the BaaS program then the Windsor EV costs at an introductory price of Rs 9.99 lakh. According to MG Motor, under the BaaS ownership plan, an owner of the Windsor EV will pay Rs 3 per km for a battery charge. All the variants come with a front-mounted electric motor delivering 134 bhp and 200Nm of torque, powered by a 38kWh battery pack, offering a range of 331km on a single charge.
Here is a look at the Windsor EV’s three variants.
MG Windsor EV Excite
The Windsor EV comes standard with all LED illumination including headlights, daytime running lights (DRLs), front position lights, tail lights and the MG logo in front. It runs on 17-inch steel wheels and is equipped with flush door handles. Step inside the cabin and it gets all-black interiors with a 10.1-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, steering mounted controls, USB and Type C ports in front and a single Type C for the rear passengers. It further boasts of a 6-speaker music system, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, an automatic climate control and rear AV vents. Moving on to safety features, the entry-level model gets 6 airbags, an electronic stability program, hill-start assist control, hill descent control, rear parking sensors and fog lamps. Furthermore, there is also a tyre pressure monitoring system, all four disc brakes, electric parking brake and rain-sensing wipers.

MG Windsor EV: Exclusive
Apart from the features the Excite trim offers, the Exclusive comes with additional goodies like 18-inch alloy wheels, leather upholstery, a 15.6-inch infotainment system, LED reading lights for rear passengers, an 8.8-inch LCD instrument console and smart flush door handles. The driver seat is 6-way powered adjustable, a wireless phone charger, power adjustable ORVMs with auto fold, auto-dimming IRVM and a rear defogger. It retains all the safety features of the entry-level model along with a 360-degree camera.

MG Windsor EV: Essence
The top-of-the-line mode retains all the above-mentioned features and offers a few additional functions like 256 colours for the cabin ambient lights, an air purifier, a 9-speaker Infinity music system, a 7.4 kW fast charger, front ventilated seats and a glass roof.
