Honda, alongside the unveiling of the Activa e, also took the wraps off the QC1 electric scooter, aimed more at youngsters. The Honda QC1 will go on sale all over India soon, unlike the Honda Activa e, which will go on sale in select cities. That said, the Honda QC1 will have to compete with a scooter that has firmly set its name in the electric two-wheeler industry — the TVS iQube. Let’s see how the two compare against each other in terms of specifications and features.
Honda QC1 vs TVS iQube — Features and hardware

The Honda QC1 gets telescopic front forks, a monoshock at the rear, alloy wheels, drum brakes at both ends, an LCD instrument cluster, LED lighting, pockets in the front apron to store handy items, a type-C charger, and 12-inch wheels, amongst others. Aimed at youngsters, the QC1 has just the right features.
The TVS iQube is available in several variants and we are looking at the base version. The scooter gets telescopic front suspension, dual rear shocks, alloy wheels, a disc brake at the front, 12-inch tyres, and a 5-inch TFT instrument cluster with navigation. When compared, the iQube is better equipped.
Honda QC1 vs TVS iQube — Battery specifications

The Honda QC1 comes with a fixed battery with an off-board charger to juice up the battery. Honda claims a range of 80km on a full charge while the battery pack itself is a 1.5kWh unit. The TVS iQube base version gets a 2.2kWh battery pack with a claimed range of 75km. The Honda QC1 might offer marginally more range, but the iQube offers more performance, better acceleration, is faster, and gets more features, making it better value for money.
