Triumph has taken the covers off a limited edition model of the Bobber which was launched in 2017. Called the Bobber TFC (Triumph Factory Custom), only 750 units of this model will be produced worldwide and each unit will carry a distinct plaque and a unique badging to distinguish it from the standard Bobber.
Triumph Bobber TFC: Cosmetic updates
A collector’s edition with top-drawer equipment, the third all-new factory custom from Trium gets plenty of mechanical and cosmetic upgrades over the standard Bobber and Bobber Black. For starters, the Bobber TFC is wrapped by a bespoke dual-tone paint job with hand-painted gold accents on the fuel tank, mudguard stays, and gloss carbon fibre side panels.

As mentioned earlier, exclusivity is guaranteed by a unique billet aluminium plate on the handlebar flaunting the bike’s limited production number. Along with the gold accents, the fuel tank also flaunts the signature of the person who worked on it. It gets a black powder coated frame and swingarm and black anodised wheel rims.
Triumph Bobber TFC: Hardware updates
Mechanically too, the Triumph Bobber TFC gets plenty of upgrades over the standard model. The overall riding ergonomics of the bike have changed as well since the Bobber TFC now gets a clip-on handlebar, which has made it more like a café racer. Comprising 43mm upside-down forks at the front and a rear mono-shock that offers adjustability for preload and rebound damping.
The TFC Bobber features premium Öhlins suspension, including 43mm inverted front forks and a fully adjustable rear mono-shock. Both components allow for adjustments to preload and rebound damping, tailoring the bike’s suspension to individual preferences and riding conditions.

The braking system also receives a significant upgrade with twin-radially mounted Brembo M50 monobloc calipers and a Brembo MCS master cylinder. This, combined with a new ‘Sport’ riding mode, offers a more dynamic and engaging riding experience.
Triumph Bobber TFC: More oomph
Powering the Bobber TFC is the same 1200cc, liquid-cooled, 8-valve, SOHC, parallel-twin engine paired with a 6-speed gearbox. However, in the TFC it kicks out 86 bhp at 6,250rpm and a peak torque of 110 Nm at 4,500rpm, a bump of 10 horses and 4 Nm of peak torque over the standard Bobber and Bobber Black. It is also 5 kg lighter than Bobber Black.
