The 2025 Tata Altroz Facelift ups the game in safety by reinforcing the side structure with head protection that has undergone rigorous side pole crash testing. Apart from this, the new Altroz is equipped with safety features that are now standard. The Altorz is the first hatchback to receive to 5-star safety rating by Global NCAP crash testing ratings. Here’s how Altroz is redefining safety in the premium hatchback segment.
2025 Tata Altroz Facelift: Structural Enhancements
Tata Motors has improved the structure stability of the Altroz by intelligently redirecting the crash forces away from the cabin. This enhances the passenger’s safety during an accident. To deliver maximum safety for the driver and the passengers from multiple angles, the Altroz comes standard with six airbags including two side and two curtain airbags.

Reinforcing firewall joinery and pedal blockers prevents the impact from reaching the cabin and prevents any foot injuries. The 2025 Altroz facelift is suited up with ultra-high-strength steel that protects and reduces head injuries in case of a side collision for both front and rear occupants. This ultra-high strength steel bolsters and makes the side structure more robust.Â

The Altroz facelift is packed with standard safety features like six airbags, 16-inch wheels, electronic stability program (ESP), ISOFIX anchorages for child seats, height-adjustable seat belts, reverse parking sensors with a camera, rain-sensing wipers, tyre pressure monitoring system, a 360-degree camera and ISOFIX anchorages for child seats.

The Altroz continues to be one of the safest hatchbacks in its segment. It is based on the Alpha ARC platform, which received a 5-star adult occupant safety rating and a 4-star child occupant safety rating in the Global NCAP crash tests.
