Tata Motors has finally revealed prices of all variants of the recently-launched Harrier EV. The electric SUV was launched earlier this month with Tata only announcing prices for the entry-level variant. The homegrown carmaker revealed prices for the single-motor, rear-wheel drive variants a few days back.
Now, Tata has revealed the price of the top-spec all-wheel drive variant of Harrier EV which the company calls Harrier EV Quad Wheel Drive (QWD). This top-spec AWD variant of the battery-powered Harrier is priced at Rs 28.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The Harrier EV RWD will be available in five trims (Personas) namely Adventure 65, Adventure S 65, Fearless+ 65, Fearless+ 75, and Empowered 75. Prices for all variants of Harrier EV are mentioned below.

Do note, these prices don’t include the cost of a charger and its installation. Moreover, an optional AC Fast charger is available on a chargeable basis. Bookings for the all-electric Harrier are officially set to commence from 2 July 2025.
Tata Harrier EV will be offered in four exterior colour schemes namely, Empowered Oxide, Nainital Nocturne, Pristine White, and Pure Grey. Besides these options, Tata will also offer a Stealth Edition of the Harrier EV which will cost a premium of Rs 75,000 over the corresponding standard variant.

Tata Harrier EV: Battery, Motor, Range & other specs
Tata Harrier EV is available in two 65 kWh and 75 kWh battery options. The former promises a single-charge of 538 km (ARAI) and Tata says that the real-world range of the Harrier EV, equipped with a 65 kWh battery pack is likely to be around 420-455 km on a full-charge. The bigger 75 kWh unit claims to return a range of 627 km with the RWD single-motor setup and 622 km with the all-wheel driven (AWD), dual-motor variants.
The rear-wheel-drive variants of the Harrier EV produce 235 bhp and 315 Nm of torque, whereas the all-wheel-drive version with the 75 kWh battery delivers a combined output of 309 bhp and 504 Nm of peak torque. Top speed of the Harrier EV is electronically limited to 180 kmph. The SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 6.3 seconds.

The Harrier EV also boasts six terrain modes: Normal, Grass/Snow, Mud/Gravel, Sand, Rock Crawl, and Custom. Enhancing its performance further are features like Boost Mode, Drift Mode, Off-road Assist, and low-speed cruise control that operates from as little as 5 kmph.
Tata offers the Harrier EV with two onboard AC charging options — 3.3 kW and 7.2 kW. Additionally, the battery pack supports DC fast charging of up to 120 kW, enabling a range boost of up to 250 km in just 15 minutes.
