Renault will launch the facelifted Triber tomorrow. This is the first major update for the subcompact MPV ever since it was first launched in 2019. Test mules of the 2025 Triber have been spotted on multiple occasions in the recent past, suggesting a significant makeover. Ahead of its launch, let us look at what we know so far about the upcoming iteration of Renault Triber.

Renault Triber facelift: Exterior Updates

As seen in the recent spy images, the facelifted Triber is expected to receive significant makeover in styling. For starters, the updated Triber gets a taller and beefier stance as compared to the existing model with a slightly boxier profile, making it look more SUV-ish.

Up front, the facelifted Renault Triber is expected to sport a refreshed look with a redesigned fascia. Prominent among the updates are new LED headlamps featuring eyebrow-shaped LED DRLs that stretch along the edge of the hood. These sleeker headlight units are positioned on either side of a completely revamped front grille, lending the MPV a sharper and more contemporary appearance.

The front bumper has also been reprofiled, contributing to the overall visual overhaul. It now accommodates repositioned fog lamps, integrated in a way that complements the updated design language. Further visual changes include a new set of alloy wheels, designed specifically for the facelifted version.

At the rear, the MPV gains updated wraparound LED taillights and a subtle chrome strip accenting the bumper. The rear bumper itself has been reworked, now appearing more sculpted and robust than before. Collectively, these design enhancements align closely with the styling cues previewed in Renault’s earlier teaser of the Triber facelift.

Renault Triber facelift: Expected Interiors & Features

Inside the cabin, the updated Renault Triber is anticipated to feature subtle yet meaningful design enhancements. These include a lighter interior colour scheme, the introduction of soft-touch materials, and an expanded features list—drawing parallels to the refreshed Nissan Magnite introduced last year.

Among the key updates, the Triber is likely to be equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a fully digital instrument cluster. Additional premium features expected to be included are rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlights, a 360-degree camera system, and more—contributing to a more sophisticated and tech-forward driving experience.

Renault Triber facelift: Expected Powertrain

Renault will retain the same 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine in the upcoming iteration of Triber. This mill churns out 71 bhp and 96 Nm of peak torque. It can be had with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT. There were some rumours of Renault adding the 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol unit from the Kiger as a new option. This unit kicks out 99 bhp and 160 Nm (152 Nm in AT)  of peak torque. However, there’s no confirmation on the same yet.
