New Porsche Panamera launched at Rs 1.7 crore 

Porsche has launched the new Panamera in India, which is powered by a V6 and gets an Active Suspension Management system.

Porsche has launched the new Panamera in India, priced at Rs 1.78 core, ex-showroom. The deliveries of the new third-gen Panamera will begin today and bookings for the same commenced in India when the car made its global debut. 

New Porsche Panamera – What’s new?

The new Porsche Panamera retains its identical design language, while the carmaker offers a long list of optional extras like a 10.9-inch front passenger display. Standard equipment on the Panamera includes a 12.3-inch infotainment system, called wireless charging for smartphones, eight-way adjustable seats, parking assistance, and more. 

In India, the Panamera will be sold with the 2.9-litre turbocharged V6 engine only, which makes 353bhp and 500Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired to an 8-speed automatic gearbox that helps the car accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.2 seconds and on to a top speed of 272 kmph. 

Porsche also offers a hybrid version of the Panamera in the global markets, along with a V8 version, however, they will not be sold in India. Customers can import these models though.
