JSW MG has announced the unveiling of the Cyberster at the Bharat Global Mobility Expo 2025. The company has confirmed that this EV will be available at MG Select dealerships. A new teaser has been released, showcasing the Cyberster’s electric scissor doors. According to the company, the Cyberster draws inspiration from the 1960s MG B Roadster.
MG Cyberster: Design
The Cyberster has a low-slung stance with teardrop-shaped swept-back LED headlamps and an edgy front fascia. Unlike other electric vehicles, the front vents are open so that there’s an airflow to cool the battery. The star attraction are the scissors doors, which rekindles the days of the Lamborghini Countach. At the rear, it gets C-shaped LED tail lights with connected lights and arrow-shaped indicator lights.
MG Cyberster: Features
The cabin gets a curved three screen including the infotainment system. The centre console also gets a touchscreen set up. The Cyberster sports a flat-bottom steering wheel with dials, buttons and paddle shifters for regeneration options. Being a state-of-the-art vehicle, the EV will come with an ADAS safety feature.
MG Cyberster: Specs
The Cyberster will be available in two sets up — single or dual motor and the former is powered by a 64 kWh battery while the latter gets a 77 kWh battery. The single-motor rear-wheel-drive version has an output of 335 bhp and 475 Nm with a WLTP range of 507 km. The dual motor all-wheel-drive trim produces 496 bhp and 725 Nm of torque with a WLTP range of 443 km. It has four drive modes — Comfort, Custom, Sport and Track.
