JSW MG Motor is said to have achieved a milestone, by securing bookings for 15,176 units of MG Windsor EV, highlighting the increasing demand for four-wheeler EVs in the Indian market and a shift towards electric mobility.
MG Windsor EV: Pricing
The company stated the car can be outright purchased, with a price starting from Rs 13,49,800 (ex-showroom). The model is also available for car buyers at Rs. 9.99 lakh + Rs. 3.5/km, under the BaaS program.
MG Windsor EV: Features
The CUV includes an aerodynamic design, spacious interiors, reassuring safety, smart connectivity, driving comfort, and many hi-tech features, combining the comfort of a sedan and the expanse of an SUV.
The EV introduces several industry-first features design, including a lifetime battery warranty for the first owner, one year of free charging at public chargers via the eHUB by MG app, a guaranteed 60% buyback after three years or 45,000 km, and the MG e-Shield: a comprehensive 3-3-3 package offering three years of unlimited km warranty on the vehicle, three years of roadside assistance, and three labour-free services.
MG Windsor EV: Powertrain
The CUV is powered by a 38 kWh Li-ion battery pack, which is IP67 certified, and delivers a performance of 100KW (136bhp) power and 200Nm Torque through four driving modes (Eco+, Eco, Normal and Sport), resulting in 332 km ARAI certified range on a single charge.
MG Windsor EV: Variants and Colours
The model is available in three variants: Excite, Exclusive, and Essence; and four vibrant colour options: Starburst Black, Pearl White, Clay Beige, and Turquoise Green.
