Maruti Suzuki, celebrating the success of the WagonR, has launched the limited edition Waltz variant, priced at Rs 5.64 lakh onwards, ex-showroom. Over the years, Maruti Suzuki has sold over 32.5 lakh units of the WagonR since its launch and the tall-boy hatchback continues to drive numbers for the carmaker.
Maruti Suzuki WagonR Waltz Edition: What is it?
The Maruti Suzuki WagonR Waltz edition gets exterior upgrades compared to the standard version. The updates include fog lamps, wheel arch cladding, bumper protectors, side skirts, body side moulding, new floor mats, interior styling kits, and a front chrome grille, among others. Inside, the WagonR Waltz gets a touchscreen music system, speakers, a security system, and a reverse parking camera.
Apart from these changes, the WagonR Waltz is identical to the standard version and is powered by the same engine options as well. The first one on offer is a 1.0-litre engine that makes 66bhp and 89Nm of torque in petrol mode and 56bhp and 82Nm with CNG. The next engine is a 1.2-litre unit that makes 89bhp and 113Nm of torque.
