Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has launched a new India-specific special edition model of Range Rover. Called Range Rover SV Masāra Edition, this limited edition model is priced at Rs 4.99 crore (ex-showroom). Only 12 units of this SUV will be produced. This is the second India-specific limited edition Range Rover to launch this year after the Range Rover SV Ranthambore Edition.
As the name suggests, like the Ranthambore edition, the Masara edition has also been handcrafted by the Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) division of JLR. According to Range Rover, the name ‘Masara’ is derived from Sanskrit and is inspired by the rare sapphires found in the Himalayan region.
Range Rover SV Masāra: Updated Exterior
The Masara Edition gets mostly cosmetic upgrades over the regular model. The exterior is wrapped in Satin Blue colour scheme which is complemented by a bespoke finish pack of silver chrome and the warm tones of Corinthian Bronze. This bronze dual-tone silver and bronze treatment has been extended to the roof and mirror caps, while the Range Rover lettering on both the bonnet and the tailgate get a bronze finish.

Range Rover SV Masāra: Bespoke Interiors & Features
Inside the cabin too, the Masara Edition carries over a similar dual-tone theme that combines the luxurious Liberty Blue leather with the lighter Perlino leather to create a Bespoke contrast. The front seats are trimmed in deep blue leather, contrasting with the beige upholstery of the rear seats to create a purposeful visual distinction between the rows. This colour combination extends onto the dashboard, tying the interior together with a cohesive and refined aesthetic.
The Masāra Edition features a range of bespoke enhancements, including custom paintwork, distinctive accents, exclusive wheels, and uniquely embroidered seats accompanied by personalized scatter cushions. Further emphasizing its exclusivity, the vehicle is equipped with SV Bespoke-branded tread plates bearing the ‘Masāra Edition’ designation and a ‘1 of 12’ inscription.

It comes exclusively as a four-seater. The experience inside the cabin is enhanced with fully reclinable seats, powered club table, deployable cupholders and a refrigerated compartment complete with SV etched glassware
In terms of other conveniences, the Range Rover Masara Edition comes packed with features including a 13.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, four-zone climate control, a booming Meridian sound system, panoramic sunroof, wireless phone charger, and a powered tailgate. Safety features include multiple airbags, ESC, a 360-degree camera, and Advanced Driver Assistance System.
