Hyundai has announced the launch of a new variant to the Venue range. Named S+, this variant is priced at Rs 9.36 lakh (ex-showroom) and undercuts the recently added S(O)+ variant by Rs 64,000. The latter was launched earlier this month and was the affordable variant of Venue with an electric sunroof until the Venue S+ launched.
The latest inclusion is slotted between lower-spec S and mid-spec S(O) variants. This makes the Venue one of the most affordable SUVs in its segment with a sunroof. The most affordable SUV in this space with an electric sunroof is Mahindra XUV 3XO which offers electric sunroof in the MX2 Pro variant priced at Rs 8.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
