Hyundai has introduced a new Pro Pack to the Exter range. This new accessories package amplifies the rugged style quotient of the subcompact SUV, with its muscular exterior styling enhancements. At the same time, the Korean carmaker has extended a particular feature to more variants.
Announcing the Pro Pack in Hyundai Exter, Tarun Garg, Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer, Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) said, “At HMIL, we are continuously evolving our product offerings to resonate with the aspirations of today’s young and progressive customers. The introduction of Pro Pack in Hyundai EXTER is a step further in this direction, combining bold styling, advanced technology and strong safety to create a truly distinctive value proposition.”
The Pro package is available from the S+ trim onwards, hence, the base EX, EX(O), S Smart, and S trims miss out on these add-ons. This package costs Rs 5,000 over the listed price of the corresponding variant. Hence, prices for the Exter with the Pro package starts from Rs 7.98 lakh (ex-showroom).
Hyundai Exter Pro Pack: What’s new?
With the Pro Pack, the Exter gets a black wheel arch cladding lending the micro SUV a more rugged look. It must be noted that this is an add-on cladding over the regular unit. Further, a new grey-coloured side sill garnish amplifies the car’s stance. Lastly, the Pro Pack adds a new Titan Matte Grey exterior paint finish.
In addition to above styling and colour updates, Hyundai will offer the dashcam in more variants of Exter. The dashcam, which was earlier limited to the SX Tech, SX (O) Connect and SX (O) Connect Knight Edition trims, is now also being offered with the SX (O) AMT variant.
