Safety has become a very critical factor when it comes to car purchase in India. In recent years, the automotive industry has seen a paradigm shift in the field of safety. With emphasis laid on safety crash tests by Global NCAP and now Bharat NCAP, OEMs have started to up their game by producing safer cars.

When we speak of safety, Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) has become an instrumental part of many modern and premium cars. Let us look at the five most affordable SUVs that are equipped with ADAS.

Mahindra XUV 3XO

The recently launched Mahindra XUV 3XO is now the most affordable SUV in this list to come with an ADAS suite. Interestingly, Mahindra offers a level 2 ADAS in the XUV 3XO which is a first for its segment. The most affordable variant of XUV 3XO with an ADAS is the AX5 L variant starting at Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom). ADAS in XUV 3XO is available in two engine options– a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol unit and a 1.5-litre diesel unit.
