It’s been a long time coming but the Citroen C3 finally gets an automatic transmission. It is the only hatchback in the segment to be mated to a torque converter automatic transmission and it’s priced from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 10.27 lakh, ex-showroom.  Citroen C3 automatic: Engine and Prices
The C3 automatic is only available in the top variant, the Shine, which comes in four variants including a dual-tone option. Citroen has decided to offer the 6-speed automatic torque converter only with the 1.2-litre turbo petrol. With an output of 108 bhp at 5500 rpm and 205 Nm at 1750 – 2000 rpm, get an additional 15 Nm over its manual version. The automatic is priced at Rs 85,000 more than its manual transmission counterpart.Â

 Citroen C3 automatic: Features
Citroen has spruced up the C3 Shine automatic starting from LED headlights with indicators on the ORVMs, rear skid plate, 15-inch alloy wheels, front fog lamps, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, rear windshield wiper with a washer. The cabin gets a 10.2-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 4-speaker music system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, a 7-inch digital TFT instrument cluster and an engine start/stop ignition button. Moving on to the safety features, it gets 6 airbags, ESP, Hill Hold, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System and a rearview camera.
