It is an exciting time for all automotive enthusiasts with the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 just around the corner. Expect all auto OEMs— mainstream and luxury– to showcase a wide range of products including upcoming models both in production as concept form. BMW Group has announced the models it will showcase at the annual motoring exhibition.
This includes BMW cars, motorcycles and Mini models like all-electric i7, X7, 5 Series Long Wheelbase, M5, M4, M2, M 1000 XR, BMW R 1300 GS, BMW F 900 GS, BMW F 900 GSA, R 12 nine T, G 310 GS, G 310 R, G 310 RR and the all-electric CE 02, CE 04, MINI Cooper S and the all-electric MINI Countryman. However, the highlight will be the all-new models from the Bavarian automaker to hit the Indian market in the coming future.
All-new BMW X3
The fourth-gen BMW X3 broke cover in September 2024 and it is slated to go on sale after its debut at the upcoming Auto Expo 2025. The SUV will be based on BMW’s latest design language and as a result will see several changes on its exterior styling. At time of launch, the new X3 will be available in two variants: 20i and 20d. The former will be powered by a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine whereas the latter will be powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine. Both engine options will be assisted by a 48V mild-hybrid system.

MINI Cooper S John Cooper Works
A subsidiary of BMW, Mini will introduce a new version of the Cooper S John Cooper Works which. The new special edition model broke cover in October 2024 at the Paris Motor Show. The performance hatch is available in both hard-top and convertible rooftops. Besides sportier looks, the Cooper JCW also gets spicier performance under its hood.

BMW R 1300 GS
BMW Motorrad, the two-wheeler division of the Bavarian automaker, recently teased the upcoming R 1300 GS on its social media handles. The company has now confirmed that the flagship adventure tourer will be making its India debut at the next Bharat Mobility Expo. Powering the new R 1300 GS Adventure is a 1,300cc, Boxer twin-cylinder engine which dishes out 145 bhp at 7,750rpm and a peak torque of 149 Nm at 6,500rpm. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox.

All-new BMW S 1000 RR
The second all-new model from BMW Motorrad will be the brand’s flagship sports bike— the S 1000 RR— which gets a host of changes over the outgoing model. The most significant of them being larger winglets, claimed to generate more downforce, hence better aerodynamics. Further, BMW has also integrated brake cooling ducts into the front fender to cool down the disc brakes during track sessions.
