In the ongoing Auto Expo 2018, Indian popular car designer Dilip Chhabria has showcased its new TCA Sportcase. The car was unveiled by famous Indian actress Sonakshi Sinha at Auto Expo 2018. DC TCA stands for Titanium, Carbon and Aluminium and underpins the DC Avanti platform. This sportscar unveiled by Dilip Chhabria and Sonakshi Sinha is the most luxurious offering from DC Design and is clearly the showstopper at Auto Expo 2018.
DC Design TCA takes its design insipration from Pagani Zonda and the La Ferrari and gets is a mid-engined sports car. There is quite a bit of carbon fibre that used on the car and has helped the company to reduce the weight of the sportscar. DC Design says that the production of the TCA will be restricted to 299 units only and the production will begin starting October 2018. All these products will be exclusively signed by DC himself.
Interiors of the DC TCA is also expected to be luxurious and one of its kind. This also the first time DC Design is building a limited edition sports car and is designed at DC Design studio in Pune, Maharashtra. The car broke covers at the Auto Expo 2018 which also saw an array of new launches and lot of concept cars and SUVs from many automakers.

The DC TCA gets a 3.8L engine that sheds a power of 300 hp and is mated to a 6-speed automatic gerbox unlike in DC Avanti that gets a manual gearbox. Expect the price of DC’s latest sportscar to be around Rs 50 lakh still making it one of the most affordable sports car on offer in India.
