Renault has launched the 2025 Kiger and Triber in India with a series updates over their respective outgoing models. In the latest iteration, the subcompact SUV and MPV receive a host of feature upgrades over their predecessor including convenience as well as safety features. With the latest update, the lower-spec variants of Kiger and Triber have gained more features.
2025 Renault Kiger: Features & Specs
The French carmaker has updated the Kiger range with the following features:
- RXE – This variant now offers all four power windows and central locking as standard, ensuring enhanced practicality.
- RXL – This trims now comes equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, rear view camera, and steering-mounted controls, offering a seamless and connected drive.
- RXT (O) – This variant features flex wheels, while also offering the Turbo engine with CVT at a segment-best price of Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom)
- RXZ Turbo – Renault has added smart access card with remote engine start to this variant further enhancing customer comfort

Mechanically, the Kiger remains unchanged. It gets two petrol engine options: a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated unit and a 1.0-litre turbocharged unit. The former kicks out 71 bhp and 96 Nm of peak torque. This unit is paired with either a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. The turbocharged mill pushes out 99 bhp and 160 Nm (152 Nm in AT) of torque. This engine is paired with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic gearbox.
Prices for the updated 2025 Renault Kiger are mentioned below. Customers have to pay an additional Rs 23,000 for opting a dual-tone colour option.

2025 Renault Triber: Features & Specs
Like the Kiger, the updated Triber also gets all four power windows and remote central locking as standard features across the entire range. Here are the variant-wise feature update for Triber:
- RXE – The base variant now gets all four power windows and central locking as standard for added convenience.
- RXL – Renault has introduced a 8-inch touchscreen infotainment with Android Auto and Apple Carplay, rear view camera, rear power windows, and rear speakers, elevating in-cabin comfort.
- RXT – The company has upgraded this variant with 15-inch flex wheels.

The Triber continues to be powered by the same 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine as before which churns out 71 bhp and 96 Nm of peak torque. This motor can be had with either a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. Prices for the updated Renault Triber start at Rs 6.10 lakh and go up to Rs 8.75 lakh (both ex-showroom). In India, Renault Triber has no direct rivals in the form of a sub-4 metre MPV.
