BMW has unveiled the 2025 4-Series with some notable changes. The coupe and convertible variants have received many makeovers, including a redesigned grille, revamped headlights and taillights, and a significant power upgrade.
BMW 4 Series: Visual Elements
The 2025 model features revised elements such as slimmer LED headlights, which add a touch of modernity. The shape of tail lights remains the same, but the company has introduced “Laserlight” tail lamps, particularly on the M440i variant, to enhance the car’s rear profile with a three-dimensional effect.
BMW 4 Series: Interior Refinements
The new 4 Series receives an updated steering wheel design which now comes standard for the 430i variant. Buyers can opt for a flat-bottomed M-branded steering wheel as an optional feature for the 430i and standard for the M440i. These wheels combine illuminated multifunctional buttons and gearshift paddles for added functionality and style.

The iDrive OS has also been upgraded to enhance the infotainment system’s user experience.
BMW 4 Series: Powertrain Upgrades
Under the hood, the 430i and M440i are boosted with a 48-volt hybrid assistance. While this upgrade doesn’t significantly alter top-end power, BMW promises potential gain in fuel efficiency.
The M440i’s turbocharged, 3-litre inline-six engine benefits from the hybrid system, delivering 11 horsepower more than the previous non-hybrid version.
