Hyundai has taken the covers of the 2024 Tucson for the global market. The SUV is expected to make its debut in India next year. Mechanically, the Tucson remains more or less the same, but now gets tweaked exteriors and spruced cabin. The current version of Tucson was launched in August last year in India.
2024 Hyundai Tucson: Exteriors
Based on Hyundai’s design language, Parametric Dynamics, the facelift Tucson sports tweaked exteriors. The front fascia is more 3D in looks and stands out further. The LED DRLs merged inside the grille are flatter and sleeker than the current Tucson. The front bumper is more muscular and houses a bigger air dam and new chunky faux skid plates. The two-row SUV comes with a new set of alloy wheels.

The 2024 Tucson will retain all the comfort features from its current model like electrically adjustable driver’s and front passenger’s seats, wireless connectivity, wireless phone charger, premium music system, Level 2 ADAS, etc.
2024 Hyundai Tucson: Engine options
As of now, Hyundai hasn’t revealed the engine trims, but the Tucson is expected to retain both the 2-litre petrol and diesel engines. The 2-litre petrol motor is naturally aspirated and has an output of 154bhp and 192Nm of torque which is mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The 2-litre diesel, on the other hand, churns out 184bhp and 416Nm and comes with an 8-speed automatic. The diesel version also offers an optional all-wheel-drive system with multiple terrain modes — Snow, Mud and Sand, and three drive options — Eco, Sport and Normal.
