KTM has quietly increased prices of selected models in India. The Austrian bikemaker has a wide range of models from 200cc to 390cc. Previously, the company even used to sell 125cc motorcycles that were discontinued only recently. KTM has now announced a price revision on select models that range between Rs 1,000 and Rs 12,000.

The KTM 390 Duke has received the most nominal price hike of Rs 1,000. The naked streetfighter is now priced at Rs 2.96 lakh. Earlier this year, KTM had slashed prices of 390 Duke by Rs 18,000, thus bringing the ex-showroom price down to under Rs 3 lakh. KTM also added cruise control to the 390 Duke recently which made its debut in the new-gen 390 Adventure.
Powering the 390 Duke is a 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that pushes out 45 bhp and 39 Nm of peak torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 6-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch.
On the other hand, prices of 250 Duke and RC 390 have gone up by Rs 5,000 each. The quarter-litre Duke is now priced at Rs 2.25 lakh whereas the RC 390 now costs Rs 3.23 lakh. Powered by a 249.07 cc liquid-cooled engine, the KTM 250 Duke delivers 30.5 bhp and 25 Nm of torque. KTM RC 390 utilizes the older 373 cc, liquid-cooled engine that kicks out 43 bhp and 37 Nm of torque.
In the latest price update, the KTM RC 200 has witnessed the highest hike of Rs 12,000. The 200cc sports bike is now available at a sticker price of Rs 2.33 lakh This makes it more expensive than the Duke 250. Powering the KTM RC 200 is a 199.5 cc, liquid-cooled engine that develops 25.4 bhp and 19.5 Nm of peak torque.
