TVS has launched a new base variant of the iQube electric scooter in the country. The new base variant comes with a smaller 2.2 kWh battery pack and is priced at Rs 94,999 (ex-showroom). In another major development, TVS has claimed to finally commence deliveries of the top-spec ST variant of the iQube.
Further, the ST variant is now available in two battery pack options— 3.4 kWh and 5.1 kWh. Overall, the iQube range is now available in five variants with three battery pack options and available for sale across 434 cities in India starting today.

TVS iQube base variant: Specs & features
Powering the new base variant of TVS iQube is a 4.4kW hub-mounted BLDC motor which churns out 140 Nm of torque and derives energy from a 2.2 kWh battery. The battery is good enough to deliver a single-charge range of 75 km in Eco mode and 60 km in Power mode. Using a fast charger, the battery can juice up 0 to 80% in 2 hours. This variant is available in two colour schemes— Walnut Brown and Pearl White.
Priced at Rs 94,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru inclusive of EMPS subsidy and cashback) this introductory price is valid till 30 June 2024. In terms of features, the base variant of iQube is equipped with a 5-inch colour TFT screen, a 950W charger, vehicle crash and tow alert, turn-by-turn navigation, distance to empty, and 30-litre under seat storage.
TVS iQube ST: Specs & features
The iQube ST is available in two battery options– 3.4 kWh and 5.1 kWh– the former is priced at Rs 1.55 lakh while the latter is priced at Rs 1.85 lakh (both ex-showroom, Bengaluru). The 3.4 kWh battery offers a range of 100 km with a top speed of 78 kmph, whereas the 5.1 kWh model claims a range of 150 km on a single charge and can clock a top speed of 82 kmph.
Customers who had pre-booked the ST variant before July 15, 2022, will be able to purchase either the 5.1 kWh or 3.4 kWh ST variant with an introductory loyalty bonus of Rs. 10,000. Besides the battery pack, rest of attributes are identical for the ST variants. These include 7-inch full colour TFT touchscreen, over 118 connected features, voice assist via Alexa, digital document storage, and tyre pressure monitoring system.
The Hosur-based offer the ST variant in four colour options— Copper Bronze Matte, Coral Sand Satin, Titanium Gray Matte, and Starlight Blue. TVS claims to have sold more than 3 lakh units of iQube till date.
