The Triumph Scrambler 400X is the newest motorcycle in the market and the Rs 2.63 lakh ex-showroom price tag is sure to bring many customers to the showroom. And the launch of a new motorcycle will also open up an accessories market globally, however, like most manufacturers, Triumph is offering a host of add-ons to the Scrambler 400X.
The British motorcycle manufacturer offers luggage, protection, and other aesthetic add-ons for the new Triumph Scrambler 400X and here’s a detailed list of what’s on offer.
Comfort and aesthetics
The Scrambler 400X is a good-looking motorcycle by itself, which comes standard with a headlight grille, sump guard, and lever or hand guards. However, to make it look the part, Triumph offers quilted seats for better comfort, smaller, LED indicators to give it a sleeker look, and different tank pads to make the motorcycle unique.

Apart from the above, Triumph also offers a high front mudguard to enhance the look of the scrambler to make it look more focused. The biggest upgrade will be the exhaust, a stainless steel dual twin-pipe with a replacement heat shield.
Protection
On the protection front, there is a flyscreen to choose from to marginally keep the wind off the rider’s chest. It may not do the job well, but it helps. The bigger part of the protection accessories includes upper and lower engine bars made out of tubular mild steel finished in black texture.
These engine bars are designed to protect the motorcycle in case of a crash, while also adding to the styling. They come in two parts as mentioned before and can be mounted individually.
Luggage
Although a scrambler, the motorcycle will be used for touring. To accommodate luggage, Triumph offers a 35-litre semi-rigid top box that has a reinforced base and a quick-release system. Apart from this, there is also a fully waterproof roll bag that has compression straps and carry handles. There is a tank bag also on offer.
For someone looking for more robust luggage, the bike maker offers lockable panniers. These side panniers come with a key and mounts to securely hold them on the motorcycle.
