Triumph has announced a 10-year warranty period for the Scrambler 400 X, which includes a 5-year standard and a 5-year extended warranty. This new 10-year warranty is free for customers, but is valid for a limited time period only, meaning it is valid till 31 May, 2025. This new offer was rolled out alongside the launch of the new Lava Red Satin colour option of the SCrambler 400 X.

Without this limited time offer, the Triumph Scrambler 400 X comes with a 2-year unlimited kilometre warranty, while customers can opt for an extended three-year warranty or 45,000km. While this is a sweet enough deal, the 10-year warranty makes the offer even sweeter on the Scrambler 400 X.

The new colour option introduced with the 400 X replaced the older red and black paint scheme, while all the other colour options will continue to be on sale. The introduction of the new colour has also seen the prices go up marginally, with the Scrambler 400 X now costing Rs 2.67 lakh, ex-showroom.

Triumph has not given the Scrambler 400 X another updated and it continues to be powered by the same 398cc engine that makes 40bhp with the help of a six-speed gearbox. That said, Triumph is also gearing up to launch a more hard core off-road version of the Scrambler 400 X, called the 400 XC.
