Suzuki Motorcycle India has achieved a milestone of producing 6 million units of its flagship scooter, the Suzuki Access 125.

Suzuki Access 125: Powertrain
Introduced in 2006, the Suzuki Access 125, was the first scooter launched in India in the 125cc segment. It is powered by a 124 cc engine that gives 8.6 bhp and a peak torque of 10 Nm.
Suzuki Access 125: Features
The scooter is equipped with Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology, advanced fuel injection, and the eco assist illuminator. It offers a balance of performance, comfort, and convenience with features like a spacious 22.3 litre under-seat storage, Suzuki Easy Start System, a longer seat, and a wide floorboard.
The Suzuki Access 125 is a lightweight scooter with high ground clearance, offering a smooth and enjoyable ride. It also includes safety features like a front steel fender, one-push central locking, and a combined braking system, making it a preferred choice among two-wheeler riders.
A subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, Suzuki Motorcycle India, began its operations in India in February 2006, with a manufacturing plant in Kherki Daula, Gurugram, Haryana, and an annual production capacity of 1 million units. It produces 125cc scooters, premium motorcycles (150cc and above), and Big-Bikes, all designed for Indian customers.
