Simple Energy has announced that it will launch a new more affordable electric scooter on December 15. Called Simple Dot One, this new sub-variant will be positioned below the Simple One. Earlier in August this year, it was reported that the Bengaluru-based EV startup has filed two trademarks in India– Simple Dot One and Dot One.
While it will share the same platform as Simple One, the Dot One will be more accessible with a price tag below Rs 1 lakh. However, the exact price will be announced at the time of launch.
Speaking on this occasion, Suhas Rajkumar, Founder & CEO, Simple Energy, said, “Today marks a significant chapter in the journey of Simple Energy as we proudly introduce the Simple Dot One, the latest affordable addition to our pioneering Simple One series. Our vision to deliver accessible electric mobility converges in the Simple Dot One, fusing sleek design with state-of-the-art features.”
