Royal Enfield Classic 500 Green Fly is a customised motorcycle that has been created by Jesus de Juan. The motorcycle gets a green paint scheme and the Green Fly will be inline with the Mo Powa and Dirty Duck versions of the Classic 500. Earlier, Mo Powa and Dirty Duck were showcased in 2016, at Wheels and Waves in France.
Green Fly is essentially a customised Royal Enfield Classic 500 for off-road purposes and uses the frame of Continental GT. For off road track, the customised Classic 500 gets a new set of suspension system, wherein the rear dual springs have been replaced by a mono shock, which are positioned under rider seat. The front suspension comprises of upside down forks in black. The motorcycle also gets fat off road knobby tyres, which measure 140mm at front and 150mm at rear. The chunky tyres sit on green alloy wheels with V-spoke design. Braking duties are carried out by a petal disc at front, while the rear gets the same unit as on the Continental GT.

The Classic 500 Green Fly engine has also undergone modifications but none of these details have been revealed, However, given the off-road intent of this motorcycle, the engine is expected to have more torque in the lower revs and the overall power delivery would be linear as well. According to the images the engine gets a black paint scheme and the motorcycle has also seems to have shed some weight. The headlamps too have been modified as the Classic 500 based Green Fly gets vertically-stacked dual projector headlamps.
In 2016, at the Wheels and Waves festival, two custom made motorcycles Mo Powa and Dirty Duck modified versions of Classic 500 were showcased. The Mo Powa was named as a Dragster-meets-Mad Max and powered by a turbo charged and fuel injection engine. In addition, the motorcycle gets a fabricated exhaust, military style switch ignition and Continental TKC70 tyre at the rear.
