Royal Enfield introduces Borderless Warranty Program

The program is backed by a network of 3000+ Royal Enfield authorised service touch points in 70+ countries.

Royal Enfield, is the first Indian automotive brand to have introduced a global warranty initiative consumer program called the Borderless Warranty Program. This program is applicable for all the motorcycles currently under warranty and all the newly purchased motorcycles from authorised stores across the globe. 

Royal Enfield’s Borderless Warranty Program – What’s new?

This warranty program is applicable for all the motorcycles currently under warranty and for all the new motorcycles purchased from Royal Enfield authorised stores across the globe. Backed by a network of 3000+ Royal Enfield authorised service touch points across 2605 cities in 70+ countries (including India), Royal Enfield encourages riders to explore new horizons without the burden of maintenance concerns.

What the Warranty covers?

It gives a warranty period of 3 years with unlimited mileage and it covers defects in material and workmanship only. The warranty activation period begins from the date of retail sales invoice of the motorcycle to the first owner or registered as Demo Motorcycle. The retail invoice date is considered as the start date for the Warranty Period, which cannot be stopped or interrupted once it begins.

What the Warranty excludes?

The damage caused by unauthorized modifications, accidents, misuse or by external factors such as smoke, bird droppings, scratches etc. Normal wear and tear, ageing, deterioration or rusting of parts or parts sourced from non-authorised channels or inferior parts are also excluded from this warranty.

What does the Warranty repair?

Warranty repairs are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period and should be carried out only at authorised channel partners. Only the Royal Enfield Genuine Parts should be used for replacements.

What are the other terms of the warranty?

Royal Enfield has the right to approve, disapprove or reject any warranty claim submitted by channel partners. The customers must adhere to recommended services and use genuine parts to be eligible for warranty.
