It feels like just yesterday when Royal Enfield introduced its most budget-friendly motorcycle, the Hunter 350, but nearly three years have passed. The legendary two-wheeler brand has now refreshed the Hunter 350 for 2025 with significant and much-needed upgrades. Available in three variants starting at Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom Chennai), the 2025 Hunter offers great value. Excitingly, existing Hunter 350 owners can retrofit their bikes with the new hardware at an affordable cost. The Hunter 350 continues to rival the Jawa 42 FJ, Honda CB350 RS, and TVS Ronin in the market.
2025 Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Updates can be retrofitted
The 2025 Hunter 350 comes with some vital upgrades like a much needed new rear suspension. In our original Hunter 350 review, we had mentioned that the motorcycle is like no other Royal Enfield as it feels agile and contemporary, but its Achilles heel was the stiff rear suspension system. Royal Enfield has taken the feedback from its customers and has now changed the linear springs to progressive springs. The new set-up is softer and absorbs the bumps on the road and offers a comfortable and cushy ride.
The good news here is that the current Hunter 350 owners can change the rear suspension system and say goodbye to harsh rides. According to a report by Acko Drive, the new set of suspension systems costs around Rs 3,000. The new Hunter 350 is now equipped with a slipper clutch, which can be equipped with the older model for around Rs 4,950. Bundle both these new features along with labour charges, and the entire cost would be within Rs 10,000.
Apart from this, the 2025 Hunter 350 comes with a new and better cushioned seat, a Type-C charger, an LED headlight and offers a higher ground clearance by 10 mm. The 2025 model offers three new colours — Rio White, Tokyo Black, and London Red.
