Revolt Motors has launched its latest offering in the market called RV BlazeX. Priced at Rs 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom), bookings for the electric motorcycle have commenced at a token amount of Rs 499. Manufactured at the company’s facility in Manesar, Haryana, deliveries of the RV BlazeX is slated to commence 1 March onwards. Here are all the top highlights of the RV BlazeX.
Revolt RV BlazeX: Design
Revolt gets the similar visuals as the RV400 but subtle variations. It retains the same round headlamp but gets a more muscular fuel tank instead of the extended tank shrouds seen in the RV400. Other visual highlights include a single-piece seat, black alloy wheels with red rims, an underbelly sump guard with BlazeX branding, and a single-piece grab rail integrated into a small luggage rack. There are two colour options to choose from: Sterling Silver Black and Eclipse Red Black.

Revolt RV BlazeX: Features
Revolt has kitted the RV BlazeX with a 6-inch LCD digital cluster that supports 4G telematics and GPS along with IoT functionalities like mobile connectivity, geo-fencing, and OTA updates. Other conveniences include three ride modes, reverse mode, full LED illumination, a front storage box and an under-seat and charging compartment. In terms of hardware, telescopic forks at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear for suspension. Stopping power comes from 240mm front and rear disc brakes.
Revolt RV BlazeX: Battery & Motor
Powering the RV BlazeX is a 4kW electric motor which draws power from a 3.24 kWh lithium-ion battery which claims a range of 150 km on a single charge, which is 10 km less than what the RV1 offers. On using a fast charger, the battery can be recharged from 0 to 80 percent in 80 minutes, whereas a standard AC charger takes 3 hours 30 minutes.
