Ola PowerPod: The portable power source
The biggest development from Ola Electric is its new removable battery pack called PowerPod. Priced at Rs 9,999, this battery pack will not only power the new launches mentioned above but also power small household appliances, lights, fans, and other essential devices.

Ola claims that the PowerPod doubles up as an inverter providing power for 3 hours to run 5 LED bulbs, 3 ceiling fans, 1 TV, 1 Mobile charging, and 1 Wi-Fi router. This dual functionality of the battery offers a valuable proposition for users in semi-urban and rural areas where access to a stable electricity supply may be limited.
