The updated RTR 200 4V retains its sharp styling with an angular headlight and aggressive tank shrouds. The motorcycle now features USD forks – part of the update – a monoshock at the rear, 17-inch wheels, an LCD instrument cluster, ride modes, disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS, and LED lighting.

The Honda Hornet’s design is also familiar, sporty yet conservative — typical Honda. The Hornet also features similar equipment such as USD forks, a monoshock at the rear, 17-inch wheels, disc brakes at both ends and more. The instrument panel is a digital unit with smartphone connectivity.

Both motorcycles are powered by a single-cylinder engine mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The Apache RTR 200 4V gets an oil and air-cooled engine while the Honda Hornet gets an air-cooled unit. That said, the RTR 200 makes more power than the Hornet, while the Hornet weighs 10kg less than the TVS.
