The ‘Karizma’ name was restricted after a long absence and recently, Hero updated the motorcycle with important hardware. The fully-faired 210cc motorcycle gets new colours, better suspension, and a new instrument console, all focused on giving the rider a better experience. However, the 2025 Hero Karizma sits directly in the line of a very potent machine in the segment — the KTM RC 200.
2025 Hero Karizma 210 vs KTM RC 200 — Overview of the motorcycles

The ‘Karizma’ name is not new, but the motorcycle carrying the name is. The updated Hero Karizma 210 gets no design changes but does get visual changes in the form of new colours. The next big update comes in the form of USD forks, while the instrument cluster is now a TFT unit that offers navigation, phone connectivity, and other controls. The Hero Karizma runs on 17-inch wheels, gets disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS, and LED lighting all around.
The KTM RC 200 in its current form has been around for a while and it is a potent motorcycle. The RC 200 gets a full fairing, a committed riding position, and features some premium components for a motorcycle in this class such as USD forks, a monoshock at the rear, 17-inch wheels, an LCD instrument cluster, and disc brakes at both ends with supermoto ABS. The KTM RC 200 is a sharp-handling motorcycle on the track.
