As we roll towards the end of 2024, Kawasaki is offering massive discounts on some of its models, including two best-sellers from its lineup, the Kawasaki Versys 650 and the Ninja 650. The motorcycles are offered with discounts worth up to Rs 45,000 and the offer is valid till December 31, 2024. Here are more details.
Kawasaki Versys 650 discounts
The Kawasaki Versys 650 is a street-focused tourer based on the 650cc platform and in December, the Japanese two-wheeler maker is offering a discount of Rs 30,000 on the ex-showroom price of the motorcycle. The Kawasaki Versys 650 is priced at Rs 7.77 lakh. The Versys 650 saw an update earlier this year and is offered in two colours: Metallic Matte Dark Gray and Metallic Flat Spark Black.
The Versys 650 rides on USD forks up front and a monoshock at the rear, both adjustable. That said, the tourer rides on 17-inch wheels front and rear, disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS, and gets a TFT instrument cluster. The motorcycle also gets switchable traction control and phone connectivity.
Kawasaki Ninja 650 discounts
The Ninja 650 is another popular offering by Kawasaki as it offers a good balance between sport riding and everyday comfort. In December, Kawasaki is offering Rs 45,000 off on the ex-showroom price of the Ninja 650, which costs Rs 7.16 lakh. The Kawasaki Ninja 650 currently rivals the Triumph Daytona 660 in the Indian market, which is priced at Rs 9.72 lakh, ex-showroom.
The Kawasaki Ninja 650 gets telescopic forks, disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS, a TFT instrument console, and 17-inch wheels. Powering the motorcycle is a 649cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that makes 67bhp and 64Nm of torque, mated to a six-speed gearbox. The engine is the same unit that powers the Versys 650 as well, and its naked sibling, the Z650.
