Honda has updated two of its 160cc motorcycles, the SP 160 and the Unicorn. The two motorcycles, targeted to be commuters with style, have received updates, making them more appealing. The two motorcycles have also seen an increase in price with the engines tweaked to meet the upcoming norms. So let’s take a closer look at the new Honda SP 160 and the Unicorn.
Honda SP 160 vs Unicorn 160 — Design and features

The Honda SP 160 has seen an update to its design, making it look more sportier. The motorcycle gets LED lighting and a new tail lamp, while it is available in five colour options: Pearl Igneous Black, Matt Axis Grey Metallic, Pearl Siren Blue, Imperial Red Metallic, and Matt Marvel Blue Metallic. The Honda Unicorn 160, on the other hand, does not get design updates and is available in three colour choices: Pearl Igneous Black, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, and Radiant Red Metallic.
In terms of features, both motorcycles get updates. The Honda SP 160 gets a new TFT instrument console with phone connectivity and navigation, while the Honda Unicorn gets a digital instrument console with a gear position indicator. Both motorcycles also get type-C charging ports and LED lights.

Both motorcycles are powered by an air-cooled single-cylinder engine mated to a five-speed gearbox. While they have the same engine and power output, they have slightly different torque figures. Both engines are updated to meet the upcoming OBD2B norms. The motorcycles are targeted at different customers and the styling matters as some want something simple, while others want a bit of style as well.
