As the last day on sale of BS3 vehicles approaches its end, two-wheeler manufacturers are offering big discounts on two-wheelers. Honda Motorcycles and Scooters are offering a cash back of Rs 22,000 on all models till 31st March. The approximate prices of BS3 models after discount Activa 3G is Rs 44,000, Dream Yuga is available at Rs 45,396, while CB Shine drum and disc variants are priced at Rs 50,067, Navi is offered at Rs 31,000, Activa-i is available at Rs 44,000 and Dio is offered at Rs 47,071. The commuter motorcycle Livo with drum brakes is available at Rs 47,000 and Livo with disc brakes Rs 50,086. The CBR series- CBR150R is available at Rs 1.12 lakh, while the CBR 250R is available at Rs 1.57 lakh, all the prices are on road, Delhi.
The manufacturers are offering these discounts to clear the BS 3 vehicle stocks and making way for the BS4 vehicles from 1st April. Due to the ban, around 6.71 lakh two-wheelers are affected out of more than 8 lakh vehicles and the companies are selling as many vehicles they can by offering maximum discounts today.
Recently, Honda Motorcycles and Scooters updated some products to meet BS4 compliance including Honda Aviator, CB Unicorn 160, Activa 4G, Activa 125 and CB Shine SP. The vehicles that comply with BS4 emission norms will also get AHO(Automatic Headlights On) as a safety feature
So if you are interested in buying the BS3 two-wheelers then today is the last day and you can get as much as discounts depending on dealerships. Buying a vehicle without proof before 1st April will not be registered later anywhere in the country.
