If you thought 2024 was a busy year for Royal Enfield, buckle up because 2025 is about to take things up a notch. The iconic two-wheeler maker is set to launch four 650cc motorcycles, including three brand-new models and an updated version. Currently, Royal Enfield has five 650cc bikes in its lineup—the Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650, Super Meteor 650, Shotgun 650, and Bear 650. All of these, old and new, will be powered by the same 648cc parallel-twin engine, delivering 46.3 bhp and 52.3 Nm of torque. Here’s a sneak peek at the upcoming models.
Royal Enfield Classic 650

Royal Enfield will extend the Classic brand by introducing its most powerful version, the Classic 650. It will be the third product after the original Classic 350 and the recently launched Goan Classic 350. Retaining its retro DNA and design, the Classic 650 will be available as a single-seater with an optional pillion seat. Royal Enfield launched the Classic 650 at EICMA 2024 in Milan for the European market and later showcased it at Motoverse 2024 in Goa. The new 650cc motorcycle is expected to make its debut in January 2025. The motorcycle gets 43 mm Showa front suspensions with twin coils at the rear, spoked wheels, twin exhausts and dual-channel ABS, a Tripper navigation pod, adjustable clutch and brake levers and all LED lights set up. It will be available in four colours — Teal, Vallum Red, Bruntingthrope Blue and Black Chrome. Â
Royal Enfield Himalayan 650

The Himalayan 650 could get a new chassis and will sport a two-in-one exhaust like the Bear 650. It could also be the first Royal Enfield motorcycle to come with twin front disc brakes with upside down front suspension. The Himalayan 650 will retain the digital TFT instrument cluster with Google Maps based navigation system. The new adventure motorcycle could make its debut in the festive season next year.
Royal Enfield Bullet 650

The cult nameplate, the Bullet, will finally get a 650 cc version. The stripped down model is expected to get analogue instrument cluster and iconic LED tiger lights or pilot lights. It is expected to sport a traditional single seat with a USB charging port. Like the other 650 cc motorcycles, it will be equipped with dual-channel ABS. It could be available in spoke or alloy wheels.
Royal Enfield Interceptor 650

Royal Enfield’s original 650 cc motorcycle, the Interceptor, will get a much needed update. The 2025 Interceptor gets new swept up twin exhausts, all LED lights including headlamps, indicators and tail lights and a new fuel cap. The biggest upgrade is that it will get twin disc brakes. It will also get a new TFT instrument cluster that will replace the current analogue set up.
