Safety is now a very critical factor which affects buying decisions of prospective buyers. For two-wheelers, the biggest safety net is a Anti-lock Braking System (ABS). Basically, it is an electronic system, which prevents the wheels from locking up completely in case of panic braking which may otherwise lead to the vehicle being disbalanced.

Still a rare occurrence in scooters, ABS is now a common phenomenon in motorcycles. ABS is offered in two forms– single-channel and dual-channel. The former offers safety net to the front wheel only whereas the latter offers features to the rear wheels as well. Here’s a look at the top five most affordable motorcycles that offer dual-channel ABS in India.
